🌺 Aloha, I’m Christina — Welcome to Island Living!
When people ask what brought me to Kaua‘i, I often smile and say, “The island called me.”
What started as a simple love for nature and family adventure turned into a life rooted in community, sustainability, and a deep appreciation for this island we call home.
I’m a Realtor® with Corcoran Pacific Properties, but I’m also a farmer, entrepreneur, wife, and mom , weaving together all the things I love into one island life. My husband John and I live on the beautiful north east side of Kaua‘i, where we tend to our vanilla farm surrounded by lush mountains, ocean breezes, and a few hundred thriving vanilla vines that remind us daily of the magic of patience and hard work.
🌿 From Farm to Home — Building Dreams, Island Style
Our vanilla venture, Kalalea’s Vanilla, started as a small dream , a few vines, a lot of curiosity, and a passion for creating something meaningful from the land. Over time, it’s grown into a labor of love that connects us to farmers across Hawai‘i, producing all-natural vanilla paste and extract. Just like real estate, vanilla farming is all about nurturing something with time, care, and vision until it flourishes.
That same philosophy carries into my real estate career. Whether I’m helping families find their first home, investors discover a hidden gem, or visitors make their vacation dreams come true, my goal is always the same, to make every step rooted in authentic island values: aloha, community, and integrity.

When I’m not showing homes or tending vanilla vines, you’ll find me exploring Kaua‘i with my husband and son, Kingston. From chasing rainbows on jungle and canyon hikes to weekend surf sessions and stopping for shave ice after a long farm day, this is the life we love , simple, full, and connected to the land.
Our home, our work, and our hearts are all tied to this island. And that’s exactly what I hope to share, real estate inspired by the rhythm of Kaua‘i life.
